Becky is part of our mortgage administration team based in Plymouth, responsible for managing mortgage and protection applications through to completion for TFA mortgage advisers based throughout the South and South West of England.
From first-time buys to buy-to-let and specialist mortgages, Becky will process your application promptly, professionally and efficiently. Becky consistently receives excellent feedback from clients. Excellent customer service is very important to Becky and she makes great efforts ensure that every mortgage applicant receives a first-rate experience from beginning to end, consistently.
Experience and background
Becky completed her undergraduate degree at the University of St Mark and St John after which she initially entered roles in education. In 2017 Becky had a change in career direction and moved into Mortgage Administration initially for a local mortgage broker and subsequently joined TFA in 2018.
Services offered
Becky works in partnership with our independent mortgage advisers to ensure a seamless service is provided. She will manage the process from the point that your application is submitted by your adviser through to completion. Becky will liaise with lenders, insurers, solicitors, estate agents and any other professionals involved, and she’ll keep you up to date throughout the process.
Locations covered
Becky is based in Plymouth and works with a range of TFA Independent Mortgage Advisers who have clients who are based in numerous towns and villages throughout the south and south west of England including Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Surrey and Gloucestershire.
