Her management and leadership experience combined with an understanding of business requirements both strategic and tactical enable her to get to the core of issues; promoting viable solutions to ensure that our systems and processes work well for our clients and colleagues.

With a BSc (Hons) in Business & Psychology and a Masters in International Marketing, Charlotte has worked with both large Plc’s including Siemens and Cable & Wireless as well as regional companies such as Sutton Harbour Holdings plc. She also held the position of Board Director with the Plymouth Waterfront Partnership which is a Business Improvement District for a number of years.
